Conductor: Copper, round, tightly stranded conductor, 400mm² cross-section

Conductor shielding (inner shielding layer): Extruded cross-linked semiconductive material (critical structural layer of medium-voltage cables)

Main insulation layer: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the core of the cable’s electrical insulation.

Insulation shielding (outer shielding layer): Extruded cross-linked semiconductive material

Metallic shielding layer: Copper tape shielding or copper wire shielding

Longitudinal water-blocking layer: Semi-conductive water-blocking tape or aluminum-plastic composite tape (configured as needed)

Strap layer: Non-hygroscopic tape

Inner sheath (isolation sleeve): Polyethylene (PE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Armor layer: Steel wire armor provides mechanical protection and impact resistance.
