Conductor : Copper, round compacted bonded conductor

Conductor shielding (also known as inner shielding or conductor shielding layer) : Extruded cross-linked semi-conductive material , a standard critical layer for medium and high voltage cables; low voltage cables do not have this feature.

Main insulation layer : Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) , the core of the cable’s electrical insulation.

Insulating shield (also known as external shield or insulating shielding layer) : Extruded cross-linked semiconducting material, similar to conductor shielding.

Metallic shielding layer : copper strip or copper wire shielding

Longitudinal water-blocking layer : Outside the metal shielding layer , wrap semi-conductive water-blocking tape or aluminum-plastic composite tape ( according to customer requirements ).

Filler : Non-hygroscopic material (such as polypropylene rope)

Strapping : Non-moisture-absorbing tape or water-blocking tape

Inner sheath (isolation sleeve) : Polyethylene (PE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Armor layer : Steel belt armor provides strong mechanical protection , resisting pressure and impact.

Outer sheath : Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) The ultimate protective layer for polyethylene ( PE) and halogen-free low-smoke polyolefin (WD) cables.

The cable has a rated voltage of 26/35kV, a maximum long-term allowable operating temperature of 90℃, and a maximum short-circuit withstand temperature of 250℃.
