Who We Are
We are a high-tech cable manufacturer located in Shandong, China, with a 60,000-square-meter production base and an annual production capacity exceeding 1.5 billion RMB.
As a national high-tech enterprise, a Shandong Province gazelle enterprise, and a specialized and innovative enterprise, we focus on ten major product categories, including high-voltage cables, fire-resistant cables, and pre-branched cables, which are widely used in new infrastructure fields such as construction, power grids, and transportation.

Fault Handling: Upon receiving a fault notification, we will respond within 1 hour, initially determine the cause of the fault through phone calls, emails, or remote assistance, and provide emergency solutions. For faults requiring on-site handling, we will arrange technical personnel to rush to the site for maintenance within 12 hours based on the distance, so as to restore your normal use as soon as possible.
Quality Assurance: Our cable products are produced in strict accordance with national standards and industry specifications. From the date of purchase, within the warranty period, if faults or damages occur due to product quality issues, we will provide free replacement or maintenance.
Service Content
Regular Follow-up Visits: During the use of the products, we will conduct regular follow-up visits to you to understand the product usage, collect your opinions and suggestions, solve potential problems in a timely manner, and continuously optimize our services.
Emergency Handling: We have established an emergency response team dedicated to dealing with sudden cable faults. Upon receiving a fault notification, the emergency mechanism will be activated within 30 minutes, and a solution will be formulated and implemented within 2 hours. This ensures the restoration of your production and operation in the shortest possible time.
